Initial Radon Level: 5.7 pCi/L

Post Mitigation Radon Level: 0.7 pCi/L

If your home has tile floors that need to have a radon pipe run though them, this job will give you an idea of how the finished job will look.

This home had drain tile and a sump basket, that allowed us to get the maximum radon reduction possible.  The old sump basket lid was removed and sealed lid installed.

The u-tube manometer was installed in the basement so that you can see if the radon fan is creating pressure in the pipe.

The pipe then goes up through an interior closet that has a tile floor.  We have all the tools necessary to put holes in multiple flooring types.  This ensures every system that we install looks clean and professional.

The pipe continues up into the attic, where the pipe is run to the rear roof slope.

A radon fan was installed in the attic to draw the radon out of the ground.  The electrical connection for the fan was installed by a licensed electrician.

To finish the system a radon vent was installed to match the other plumbing vents already installed.

We were able to complete this project on time and reduce the radon levels.
